Favoured by those beginning their journey into Pole Fitness with Simone, the Static Trapeze provides a stable bar that helps you build strength, confidence, and spatial awareness — especially when learning to go upside down! You’ll start with fundamental moves such as pikes and inverts, before progressing to more complex skills that challenge your balance and control between the ropes.
Throughout your training, you’ll learn to master hangs, drops, rolls, poses, balances, and beats, developing both technique and creativity. As you grow more confident, you’ll begin combining these elements into sequences and routines, expressing your own unique movement style.
