Aerial Hoop is a fantastic way to improve upper body strength, flexibility, and core stability! Not only will you enhance your physical fitness, but you'll also gain confidence as you learn circus-inspired moves.
Our classes are more intimate compared to pole classes, providing a focused and supportive environment. Since aerial hoop requires more space due to its circus roots, we keep our class sizes smaller for an effective experience.
With our smaller classes in Aerial Hoop, you will naturally get more time with the instructor - which is usually needed in Aerial Hoop due to the nature of the sport.
