Pole Fitness is an amazing full body workout. Our classes are designed to increase strength, flexibility and confidence. We teach pole at different levels from Beginner, Improver, Intermediate and Advanced. Our instructors are experts at determining your ability and will adapt each class for its individual students to ensure safe progression to suit everybody. Every lesson you will learn strength and conditioning, spins, tricks and learn to combine them together in ‘combos’! If you are shy and want to be surrounded by complete beginners then please choose our beginners only class to get as much out of your lessons as possible.

During this class you will be learning part of a choreographed routine to a song. Over the course of 3 weeks you would have learned a dance to a whole song. Song and choreography will be different every 3 weeks - requests welcome!
This class is for students who have all their beginner spins and tricks stuck as cartwheel kicks and seats. If you are unsure whether to book on to the class, feel free to ask your instructor who will be able to advise further. This class is designed to leave you feeling confident, sexy and full of endorphines!

Aerial Hoop is another great way to increase your upper body strength and flexibility! It is also a brilliant core workout whilst also building your confidence at the same time. Our aerial hoop classes are smaller than our pole classes because it is a circus discipline based workout that requires additional space. Who wouldn’t want a workout based on the circus!

Email or message us to arrange your private. We will then add it to the system once a time/date is agreed and you can book as usual.
Our Kids Circus Classes are Mondays 5-6pm and Thursdays 5.15-6.15pm.
Our kids classes include Aerial Hoop, Hammocks and Pole in every lesson!
This really is the ultimate Circus Skills class! They will warm up and then spend 15 minutes on each of the aerial equipment, before having a cool down.
This class is suitable for ages between 6 - 15 years.
