Where Circus meets Gymnastics!

Our Kids Circus Classes are Mondays 5-6pm and Thursdays 5.15-6.15pm.


Our kids classes include 3 pieces of equipment in every lesson, from Aerial Hoop, Hammocks, Pole, Trapeze and Aerial Silks.

This really is the ultimate Circus Skills class! They will warm up and then spend 15 minutes on each of the aerial equipment, before having a cool down. 


This class is suitable for ages between 6 - 15 years.

Why Kids Classes?

  At Pole Fitness with Simone, we’ve spent years cultivating a space where students can experience the joy of aerial fitness, build strength, and discover a sense of empowerment. Specializing in pole fitness and aerial hoop for adults, we’ve seen our community grow and thrive through the incredible benefits of these unique disciplines.


But in 2024, we took an exciting leap forward by expanding our offerings to include Kids Circus Classes and Circus-Themed Birthday Parties. 


These classes introduce children to the fun and fitness of aerial arts, giving them the opportunity to experience a variety of aerial equipment, including the hammock, aerial hoop, trapeze, aerial silks and pole. 


Our Kids Circus Classes are designed for children ages 6-15 years and offer a one-of-a-kind experience that builds not only strength and flexibility but also critical social and psychological skills.

The Umtimate Circus Skills Class

What makes our Kids Circus Classes unique is the variety. We train on three different aerial disciplines every week, including the hammock, aerial hoop, aerial silks, trapeze and pole, ensuring that every class is fresh, engaging, and filled with new challenges. 


The structure of the class provides a perfect balance of warm-up, skill training, and cool-down. We spend 15 minutes on each piece of aerial equipment, giving them a chance to explore different skills and find what they love most. 


This variety keeps children engaged, stimulates their interest, and provides a rich, well-rounded experience in the world of circus arts. And because we train with such a wide range of equipment, we’ve noticed that many children with additional needs feel particularly drawn to our classes—they thrive in the stimulating, yet supportive, environment.

Instructors

  A Passion for Teaching and Learning


At the heart of Pole Fitness with Simone is our commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of our students. Simone, the owner and founder, has been dedicated to pole fitness since 2013 and has seen firsthand the transformative power of this art form. 

She holds a degree in Childhood and Youth Studies, bringing her passion for working with children into every class she teaches. 

Alongside Simone, our team of experienced instructors shares the same enthusiasm for teaching and aerial fitness, and we’re all committed to passing that passion onto our students, whether they’re kids or adults.


Safety is our priority, and all of our kids’ instructors are certified in First Aid, Safeguarding, and DBS-checked to ensure a safe and supportive environment for every student.

If you’re curious about aerial fitness but unsure where to start, we offer taster classes for both kids and adults. Kids can try a taster class for just £10. It’s the perfect way to explore a new activity and see if it’s the right fit for you!


We’re excited to meet new faces and welcome you to our community. Whether you’re a child looking to try out aerial arts for the first time or an adult eager to dive into aerial fitness, there’s a place for you at Pole Fitness with Simone.
