What Is Aerial Hammock?
Aerial hammock (sometimes called aerial sling) uses a loop of supportive fabric that holds your body as you move through poses inspired by yoga, Pilates, dance, and acrobatics. The hammock acts as both a prop and a partner — assisting with balance, alignment, and deeper stretches.
