Simone started pole in 2013 and quickly fell in love with the sport. Simone was attending pole fitness classes multiple times a week and quickly noticed her confidence growing and her insecurities fading. She never intended on teaching in the beginning, let alone having her own studio, but Simone was so passionate about what pole dancing classes done for her mental health, well-being, and fitness that she wanted to share that with others.
Simone qualified as a pole instructor in 2019 and set up PFWS straight away. She started off using Xstage poles in a Pilates studio and then the dreaded lockdown happened in 2020.
This did not stop us! When rules permitted, we set up in our garden and carried on teaching in a safe, social distancing environment. Lockdown enabled Simone to source new opportunities, and this is when we found our perfect space at Vision Fitness, Henham. We found our home in September 2020 and have never looked back. PFWS quicky expanded and our Xpert acclaimed instructor Holly joined the team. Shortly after our 'picture perfect' instructor Ellie joined, followed by our super flexible aerial hoop instructor Kelly and our lovely beginner’s instructor Leah to complete the team. In 2024, we expanded even more, Hannah became one of our Kids Circus Skills and Kids Parties Instructors.
